Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing paper recycling and waste management companies, based on a 20-acre site on Chatham Docks, North Kent, and with a processing capacity of over 1,000 metric tonnes a day of waste paper, making it one the largest single site processors in the Country. In July 2007, they opened a new MRF, (Materials Recycling Facility) in, Essex, which mechanically sorts and recycles around 130,000 tonnes a year of mixed dry recyclables (waste that is free from food or wet waste) which would have previously gone to Landfill

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing and developing sales from our client's plant in Essex. The individual should be capable of maximising the sales of waste services by identifying new clients and business opportunities.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. Acquisition of new waste collection accounts to grow the business along predefined routes to increase account profitability.

2. Development of existing accounts to utilise the full range of Nordic Recycling Waste Management services to ensure maximum profit yield per customer.

3. Negotiating terms of service which balance the need to grow the business with the need to ensure profitability.

4. Gather and analyse market and customer information to feed back to the Sales Manager for use in Strategy development.
