BMS Service Engineer required to carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repair and support and small works commissioning of building management controls systems (BMS). You will primarily be working on Trend BMS controls, although other manufacturers systems such as Honeywell, TAC Satchwell, Tridium, ALC, Cylon, Siemens (Staefa), Next, Sauter or similar systems may also form part of the day to day role. Working on various sites, you will will also be involved in energy efficiency projects, upgrades, modifications etc.
As a BMS Service Engineer, you will need:
- Previous BMS Controls experience on any of the following: Trend 963, Trend 945, Trend IQ Engineering, Trend Systems Engineering, Honeywell, Tridium, Sauter, ALC, Cylon, Siemens (Staefa), Next or similar BMS controls.
- Strong understanding of controls
- Good electrical engineering experience, ideally backed with and electrical qualification
- Clean driving license
