We are currently recruiting for a mechanical & electrical engineer to work alone on a commercial site based in London City. This will be days only Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some overtime and call outs.
You will be required to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance such as; emergency lighting, 3 phase, CCTV/fire alarm, AHU's/FCU's, pumps, motors along with testing & inspection and fault-finding to HVAC equipment.

C&G 236 parts 1 & 2 electrical installations
16th edition
C&G 2078 safe handling
HVAC knowledge
Sound building services background
