Managing all aspects of major (£10m+) M&E projects from award to completion and handover, including Final Account.
Ensure work is carried out within budget, control subcontractors, plan works within programme, procurement, develop staff, ensure work is carried out to client satisfaction, financial/status reports. Also liaison with in-house staff, main contractor, design consultant, sub contractors, and professional bodies.
