To Exchange Meters under the Re-Certification Program, working within a specialised team of technical staff, the metering operative is responsible for:
The installation and exchange of meter installations
Ensure department targets are met in line with departmental and operational requirements.
Customer liaison.
Liaise with office support staff to ensure accurate details are recorded
Responsible for the safety and correct installation of the work undertaken
Resolving complex district related issues
