We are currently seeking a Mobile mechanical & electrical building services engineer to cover a number of designated commercial sites around the SW London & Richmond area.
Duties will include:
PPM and reactive maintenance such as; emergency lighting, fire alarms, AHU's, FCU's, pumps, motors, temperature checks, HVAC, site log books and all maintenance as required.
Qualifications:
C&G 236 parts 1&2 electrical installations
16th edition/17th edition
C&G 2078 Safe Handling
