The role involves liaison with all personnel involved on projects to determine an overall project plan and the time estimates for each section; setting milestones for delivering each part of the project; monitoring and chasing progress from teams; updating the project plan on a computer-based planning tool; identifying and assisting in solving problem areas and production of formal reports as required.
