Provide frontline leadership for the maintenance teams and support the maintenance team manager develop the efficiency & effectiveness of the maintenance function. Supervising a team of 20 - 30 people, key responsibilities will include; supporting the engineering requirements of the Baggage system with planned preventative and reactive maintenance; prioritising, scheduling, and delegating work to technicians; supervising semi-skilled and general operator support ensuring all engineering and operations activities are carried out to the highest standards; and supervising the technical team in the absence of the maintenance team manager.
