Staff Training
Exxell trains its own staff and can administrate the training of its client's staff. Training includes courses in CSCS, ECS, LUL Entry and Fire, Pasma, Abrasive Wheel, Quaf 54, SPIC, etc.
Payrolling
Exxell offers a facility to register, manage and payroll operatives at reduced rates.
Transparent Pay & Charge
Exxell operates a transparent charge system which is based on an agreed factor applied to the pay rate. This can guarantee pay parity on site, as the client can dictate pay rates. It also offers the client the latitude to reward operatives with performance bonuses and know the resultant charge rate.
On-Line Account Access
Exxell clients can use a dial-up facility to access their account on a real-time basis. It includes access to view all invoices with corresponding timesheets, account balances and reconciliation information is also available.
